BSNL STV439 Plan is valid for 90 days whereas STV149 plan is valid for 1 month. BSNL users can avail these plans from channel partners, retail distributers and customer service centers.

BSNL STV498 pack will offer you unlimited 3G data usage without FUP limit. That is, there is no speed or data limit, and you can download as much as you want at highest 3G speed.
